Matthew 5:1-12a

How happy are the poor in spirit

Seeing the crowds, Jesus went up the hill. There he sat down and was joined by his disciples. Then he began to speak. This is what he taught them:

‘How happy are the poor in spirit;

  theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Happy the gentle:

  they shall have the earth for their heritage.

Happy those who mourn:

  they shall be comforted.

Happy those who hunger and thirst for what is right:

  they shall be satisfied.

Happy the merciful:

  they shall have mercy shown them.

Happy the pure in heart:

  they shall see God.

Happy the peacemakers:

  they shall be called sons of God.

Happy those who are persecuted in the cause of right:

  theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

‘Happy are you when people abuse you and persecute you and speak all kinds of calumny against you on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven.’

   God gives us a beautiful Gospel of the Beatitudes. The name of the main Gospel’s subject has been taken from the Greek language; it means: to be happy. The happiness takes place from being blessed, to submerge own life in God. 

 

On the other hand, it may seem to us some ironical and naïve, because the standards of the today are completely different. To be meek, poor, humble, looking for justice, to be persecuted, all the things are about the weakness. 

 

How can I cope with poverty if the money has the power and influence. How can I achieve meekness and humility if I must be strong to fight for my business. How can I be just because some people cheat and gain material things trough injustice? I do not want to suffer, but to be happy and a prospered man in many ways. 

 

Yes. Today’s gospel does not click with the modern world, because the power counts itself, not mercy, goodness, honesty, and justice. 

 

Let try to make a risk, and put a thesis, that the world is turned against God and his authority, and God is correct, not the world. The man changed the vision of life, taking place of God? I think, this is something more than thesis, but truth, the mankind turned away from God, and the Beatitudes sound strange for many of us, today.

 

We know, we cannot change the world in 100%, because in many aspects, the changes are irreversible, but we can implement this happiness into our life. 

 

Jesus Christ in the Mountain of Preaching welcomes us to be poor in spirit, it means to rely on God and his providence, to be gentle, relating with love and respect. Blessed those who mourn, those who are sad of injustice and pain of people, do not seek any satisfaction of pain of other person. 

 

Jesus says, be hungry of justice, be merciful for your neighbours, try to keep your heart pure, free of any devious things. Be the peacemaker, a person who seeks peace, do not harm, and do not find revenge. And the last one, be ready to suffer for this of what is right, looking for a greater reward, than those from here. 

 

We cannot change the world completely, but we can start from ourselves. Even, it seems to us so difficult and not authentic, asking God for help, it may become real and possible. We are the ambassadors of God on earth.

 

Jesus says, blessed you are, the poor of spirit, gentle, who mourn, who are hungry of justice, the merciful, pure of heart, the peacemakers and those who suffer. You are blessed and happy, achieving heaven, which surpasses all the earthly possessions. Amen. 

 

 

(Mt 5, 1-12a) 
Jezus, widząc tłumy, wyszedł na górę. A gdy usiadł, przystąpili do Niego Jego uczniowie. Wtedy otworzył usta i nauczał ich tymi słowami:
"Błogosławieni ubodzy w duchu, albowiem do nich należy królestwo niebieskie.
Błogosławieni, którzy się smucą, albowiem oni będą pocieszeni.
Błogosławieni cisi, albowiem oni na własność posiądą ziemię.
Błogosławieni, którzy łakną i pragną sprawiedliwości, albowiem oni będą nasyceni.
Błogosławieni miłosierni, albowiem oni miłosierdzia dostąpią.
Błogosławieni czystego serca, albowiem oni Boga oglądać będą.
Błogosławieni, którzy wprowadzają pokój, albowiem oni będą nazwani synami Bożymi.
Błogosławieni, którzy cierpią prześladowanie dla sprawiedliwości, albowiem do nich należy królestwo niebieskie.
Błogosławieni jesteście, gdy wam urągają i prześladują was i gdy z mego powodu mówią kłamliwie wszystko złe o was. Cieszcie się i radujcie, albowiem wielka jest wasza nagroda w niebie".

   Bóg daje nam piękną Ewangelię Błogosławieństw. Nazwa głównego tematu Ewangelii została zaczerpnięta z języka greckiego; oznacza to: być szczęśliwym. Szczęście bierze się z bycia błogosławionym, z zanurzenia własnego życia w Bogu.

 

Z drugiej strony może nam się to wydawać trochę ironiczne i naiwne, bo dzisiejsze standardy są zupełnie inne. Bycie cichym, biednym, pokornym, szukającym sprawiedliwości, bycie prześladowanym, to wszystko sprowadza się do słabości.

 

Jak mam sobie poradzić z bycia ubogim, jeśli pieniądze mają władzę i wpływ. Jak mogę osiągnąć łagodność i pokorę, jeśli muszę być silny, aby walczyć o swój biznes. Jak mogę być sprawiedliwy, przecież wielu ludzi oszukuje i zdobywa dobra materialne drogami nieuczciwości? Nie chcę cierpieć, ale być szczęśliwym i prosperującym człowiekiem na wiele sposobów.

 

Tak. Dzisiejsza Ewangelia nie pasuje do współczesnego świata, bo liczy się władza, a nie miłosierdzie, dobroć, uczciwość i sprawiedliwość.

 

Spróbujmy zaryzykować i postawić tezę, że świat obrócił się przeciw Bogu i Jego władzy, a rację ma Bóg, a nie świat. Człowiek zmienił wizję życia, zajmując miejsce Boga? Myślę, że to coś więcej niż teza, ale prawda, ludzkość odwróciła się od Boga, a Błogosławieństwa brzmią dziś dla wielu z nas dziwnie.

 

Wiemy, że świata nie zmienimy w 100%, bo w wielu aspektach zmiany są nieodwracalne, ale możemy to szczęście i postawę Chrystusa wprowadzić w swoje życie.

 

Jezus Chrystus na Górze Błogosławieństw zaprasza nas, abyśmy byli ubodzy w duchu, to znaczy polegali na Bogu i Jego opatrzności, byli łagodni, odnosili się do innych z miłością i szacunkiem. Błogosławieni ci, którzy się smucą, ci, którzy smucą się z powodu jakiejkolwiek niesprawiedliwości i bólu innych ludzi.

 

Jezus mówi: bądźcie głodni sprawiedliwości, bądźcie miłosierni dla bliźnich, starajcie się zachować czyste serce, wolne od wszelkich podstępów. Bądź rozjemcą, osobą, która szuka pokoju, nie krzywdź i nie szukaj zemsty. I ostatnie, bądźcie gotowi cierpieć za to, co słuszne, oczekując większej nagrody niż z stąd.

 

Nie możemy całkowicie zmienić świata, ale możemy zacząć od siebie. Nawet jeśli wydaje nam się to tak trudne i nieautentyczne, prosząc Boga o pomoc, może stać się to realne i możliwe. Jesteśmy ambasadorami Boga na ziemi.

 

Jezus mówi: Błogosławieni jesteście ubodzy w duchu, łagodni, płaczący, głodni sprawiedliwości, miłosierni, czystego serca, wprowadzający pokój i cierpiący. Jesteś błogosławiony i szczęśliwy, mogąc osiągnąć niebo, które przewyższa wszelkie ziemskie dobra. Amen.

Matthew 4:12-23

He went and settled in Capernaum: in this way the prophecy of Isaiah was fulfilled

Hearing that John had been arrested, Jesus went back to Galilee, and leaving Nazareth he went and settled in Capernaum, a lakeside town on the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali. In this way the prophecy of Isaiah was to be fulfilled:

‘Land of Zebulun! Land of Naphtali!

Way of the sea on the far side of Jordan,

Galilee of the nations!

The people that lived in darkness has seen a great light;

on those who dwell in the land and shadow of death

a light has dawned.’

From that moment Jesus began his preaching with the message, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is close at hand.’

  As he was walking by the Sea of Galilee he saw two brothers, Simon, who was called Peter, and his brother Andrew; they were making a cast in the lake with their net, for they were fishermen. And he said to them, ‘Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.’ And they left their nets at once and followed him. Going on from there he saw another pair of brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother John; they were in their boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets, and he called them. At once, leaving the boat and their father, they followed him.

  He went round the whole of Galilee teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the Good News of the kingdom and curing all kinds of diseases and sickness among the people.

   The Gospel of Matthew moves us to the shore of the River Jordan again. St. Matthew, the author of the reading indicates Jesus, who starts his mission of Salvation. At the meanwhile, he takes the place of St. John the Baptist, who was imprisoned by his opponents and Herod, the king of Galilea. 

 

A lot of people came to listen to Jesus, because they recognized, that Christ had something to tell. The consequences of the preaching became of some healings and deliverance. But the main subject of the whole situation was about the words of Jesus. 

 

People were impressed by the words and preaching, and the message of Christ grasped many to follow him. Some of them were thinking; that man has wisdom and something, what make us interested. The choice of the Apostles, we may have heard today, it was a decisive moment of listening for those people, who followed the Master. 

 

Reading the Gospel, we can notice, the Mother Church wants to turn our sight into the Lord’s words. On every Mass we say, this is the word of the Lord, or the word of Christ. Indeed, we proclaim the message of God. 

 

Jesus chose disciples, saying follow me and you will find my home. The same invitation is given by him for us. He says, come with me and you will find the place, when I am living, listen to my voice, which is hidden in my word, it means in the Bible.

This might be a wonderful adventure, you can experience. The word of God is prepared for 365 day a year. St. Paul in the Letter to the Roman said, “Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ” Rom. 10, 17. 

 

The lecture of the Bible may help to grow my faith. Let’s try to be attentive to the Lord’s word, to listen to it carefully and with understanding. It is a good occasion to do that, while on this Sunday we celebrate the Day of the Lord’s Word. 

 

God is speaking to us, but it depends on us, that voice is heard by us. Amen. 

 

(Mt 4, 12-23) 
Gdy Jezus posłyszał, że Jan został uwięziony, usunął się do Galilei. Opuścił jednak Nazaret, przyszedł i osiadł w Kafarnaum nad jeziorem, na pograniczu ziem Zabulona i Neftalego. Tak miało się spełnić słowo proroka Izajasza: "Ziemia Zabulona i ziemia Neftalego, na drodze ku morzu, Zajordanie, Galilea pogan! Lud, który siedział w ciemności, ujrzał światło wielkie, i mieszkańcom cienistej krainy śmierci wzeszło światło". Odtąd począł Jezus nauczać i mówić: "Nawracajcie się, albowiem bliskie jest królestwo niebieskie". Przechodząc obok Jeziora Galilejskiego, Jezus ujrzał dwóch braci: Szymona, zwanego Piotrem, i brata jego, Andrzeja, jak zarzucali sieć w jezioro; byli bowiem rybakami. I rzekł do nich: "Pójdźcie za Mną, a uczynię was rybakami ludzi". Oni natychmiast, zostawiwszy sieci, poszli za Nim. A idąc stamtąd dalej, ujrzał innych dwóch braci: Jakuba, syna Zebedeusza, i brata jego, Jana, jak z ojcem swym Zebedeuszem naprawiali w łodzi swe sieci. Ich też powołał. A oni natychmiast zostawili łódź i ojca i poszli za Nim. I obchodził Jezus całą Galileę, nauczając w tamtejszych synagogach, głosząc Ewangelię o królestwie i lecząc wszelkie choroby i wszelkie słabości wśród ludu.

   

   Ewangelia Mateusza ponownie przenosi nas nad brzeg Jordanu. Św. Mateusz, autor czytania, wskazuje na Jezusa, który rozpoczyna swoją misję zbawienia. Tymczasem Chrystus zajmuje miejsce św. Jana Chrzciciela, uwięzionego przez przeciwników i Heroda, króla Galilei.

 

Wielu ludzi przyszło słuchać Jezusa, bo uznali, że Chrystus ma coś do powiedzenia. Konsekwencją głoszenia było uzdrowienie i wyzwolenie wielu. Ale głównym tematem całej sytuacji były słowa wypowiedziane przez Jezusa.

 

Ludzie byli pod wrażeniem słów i kazań, a słowa Chrystusa pochwyciło wielu, by za nim pójść. Niektórzy z nich myśleli; że ten człowiek ma mądrość i coś, co nas interesuje. Wybór Apostołów, jak być mogliśmy dzisiaj słyszeć, był decydującym momentem wsłuchania się tych ludzi, którzy poszli za Mistrzem.

 

Czytając Ewangelię możemy zauważyć, że Matka Kościół chce zwrócić nasz wzrok na słowa Pana. Na każdej Mszy Świętej mówimy: to jest słowo Pana, czyli słowo Chrystusa. Rzeczywiście, głosimy przesłanie Boga.

 

Jezus wybrał uczniów, mówiąc: chodźcie za mną, a znajdziecie mój dom. To samo zaproszenie kieruje On do nas. Mówi, pojdź ze mną, a znajdziesz miejsce, kiedy żyję, słuchaj mojego głosu, który jest ukryty w moim słowie, to znaczy w Biblii.

 

Jeśli chcesz przeżyć fantastyczną przygodę i podróż, daj się zanurzyć w moim słowie, wszystko czego potrzebujesz, znajdziesz w Piśmie Świętym. To może być wspaniała przygoda, której możesz doświadczyć. Słowo Boże jest przygotowywane na 365 dni w roku. Św. Paweł w Liście do Rzymian powiedział: „Przeto wiara rodzi się z tego, co się słyszy, tym zaś, co się słyszy, jest słowo Chrystusa.” – Rz. 10, 17.

 

Tekst biblijny może pomóc we wzroście mojej wiary. Starajmy się być uważni na słowo Pana, słuchać go uważnie i ze zrozumieniem. Jest ku temu dobra okazja, gdyż w tę niedzielę obchodzimy Dzień Słowa Pańskiego.

 

Bóg do nas mówi, ale to od nas zależy, czy ten głos zostanie przez nas usłyszany. Amen.

Jesus Christ, the Redeemer... Jesus Chrystus, Odkupiciel...

 

John 1:29-34

'Look: there is the Lamb of God'

Seeing Jesus coming towards him, John said, ‘Look, there is the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. This is the one I spoke of when I said: A man is coming after me who ranks before me because he existed before me. I did not know him myself, and yet it was to reveal him to Israel that I came baptising with water.’ John also declared, ‘I saw the Spirit coming down on him from heaven like a dove and resting on him. I did not know him myself, but he who sent me to baptise with water had said to me, “The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and rest is the one who is going to baptise with the Holy Spirit.” Yes, I have seen and I am the witness that he is the Chosen One of God.’

   „Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world”, these words John the Baptist is speaking to us, indicating Jesus. A lot of people were waiting for Christ, asking themselves, where is he, when does him come.

 

That moment has come for many of them, the perseverance was rewarded, and they could see the Son of God. 

 

For us, this situation is something more, than event by the shore of the River Jordan. St. John’s word has become the profession of faith. Jesus is Son of God, the Redeemer of us. The Church wants to tell us, what is so obvious for Christians, inviting people to enter a deeper relationship to God. 

 

Today we need to understand more, while we experience so many crises between us and God. Christ has become a historical person, even for many of us a man from the 2000 years ago, which does not make deep sense. 

 

The voice of John the Baptist it seems to so loud, to awake the real sense of faith, Jesus Christ is not a person from the past or a man inscribed into Christianity. He is the real God, the living Son of the Father and Savior, in Greek he is “the Soter”, the Redeemer, who redeemed the world. 

 

Great theologians like Thomas Aquinas, Augustin or the great mind of our times, Benedict XVI (Joseph Ratzinger), emphasized, Jesus Christ is the one, who came into the world to make us free from the snares of sins. He is the promised word of the Father, the brother of all baptized. 

 

Those people could explain the Christ’s mission on the theological level, but they had great faith. They were intellectualists but believers of God. 

 

I have met a lot of people, who said to me, father I had some problems in my life, which are difficult to be solved, but without the faith in Jesus Christ I would have been lost, but I know, my problems need time and patience, but I am not alone, God is with me. 

 

 

This is what the mature faith is in my life. We are realist, knowing that my relationship is not magic, and all my problem cannot disappear in one second, but the awareness of someone is next to you, Jesus, may help. 

 

Nowadays, so often, we have lack hope, men around us are so depressed and sad, God is at hand, and for both, me and him, it is much easier to carry the cross together. 

 

Jesus is the Son of God, who has come to me, this is the hope. Amen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

(J 1, 29-34) 
Jan zobaczył podchodzącego ku niemu Jezusa i rzekł: "Oto Baranek Boży, który gładzi grzech świata. Druga Niedziela Zwykła. J 1,29-34. Rok A. 2023.

 

 

   „Oto Baranek Boży, który gładzi grzechy świata” – te słowa kieruje do nas Jan Chrzciciel, wskazując na Jezusa. Na Chrystusa czekało wielu ludzi, zadając sobie pytanie, gdzie On jest, kiedy przyjdzie.

 

Dla wielu z nich nadszedł ten moment, wytrwałość została nagrodzona i mogli ujrzeć Syna Bożego.

 

Dla nas ta sytuacja to coś więcej niż wydarzenie nad brzegiem Jordanu. Słowo św. Jana stało się wyznaniem wiary. Jezus jest Synem Bożym, Odkupicielem nas. Kościół chce nam powiedzieć ta prawdę, która dla chrześcijan jest oczywiste, zapraszając ludzi do głębszej relacji z Bogiem.

 

Dzisiaj musimy więcej rozumieć, podczas gdy doświadczamy tak wielu kryzysów między nami a Bogiem. Chrystus stał się tylko postacią historyczną, nawet dla wielu z nas, człowiekiem sprzed 2000 lat, co nie ma to głębszego sensu.

 

Głos Jana Chrzciciela wydaje się być tak donośny, że budzi prawdziwy sens wiary, Jezus Chrystus nie jest postacią z przeszłości ani człowiekiem wpisanym w chrześcijaństwo. On jest prawdziwym Bogiem, żyjącym Synem Ojca i Zbawicielem, po grecku „Soter”, Odkupicielem, który odkupił świat.

 

Wielcy teolodzy jak Tomasz z Akwinu, Augustyn czy wielki umysł naszych czasów Benedykt XVI (Józef Ratzinger) podkreślali, że Jezus Chrystus przyszedł na świat, aby nas wyzwolić z sideł grzechu. On jest obiecanym słowem Ojca, bratem wszystkich ochrzczonych.

 

Ci ludzie potrafili wyjaśnić misję Chrystusa na poziomie teologicznym, ale mieli wielką wiarę. Byli intelektualistami, ale i wierzącymi w Boga.

 

Spotkałem wielu ludzi, którzy mówili mi, ojcze, mam w życiu problemy, które są trudne do rozwiązania, ale bez wiary w Jezusa Chrystusa byłbym zwariował,  wiem, że moje problemy potrzebują czasu i cierpliwości, ale nie jestem sam, Bóg jest ze mną.

 

 

Na tym polega dojrzała wiara w moim życiu. Jesteśmy realistami, wiedząc, że mój związek nie jest magiczny i wszystkie moje problemy nie mogą zniknąć w ciągu jednej sekundy, lecz wiemy, że ktoś jest obok Ciebie, Jezus, który może pomóc.

 

W dzisiejszych czasach tak często brakuje nam nadziei, ludzie wokół nas są tak przygnębieni i pogrążeni w smutku, Bóg jest na wyciągnięcie ręki i zarówno mi, jak i jemu łatwiej jest razem nieść krzyż.

 

Jezus jest Synem Bożym, który przyszedł do mnie, to jest nasza nadzieja. Amen.

The Lord's Baptism... Chrzest Pański....

 

Matthew 3:13-17

'This is my Son, the Beloved'

Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptised by John. John tried to dissuade him. ‘It is I who need baptism from you’ he said ‘and yet you come to me!’ But Jesus replied, ‘Leave it like this for the time being; it is fitting that we should, in this way, do all that righteousness demands.’ At this, John gave in to him.

  As soon as Jesus was baptised he came up from the water, and suddenly the heavens opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming down on him. And a voice spoke from heaven, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved; my favour rests on him.’

    Today is the last day of Christmas Time. Moreover, we celebrate a very important day – the day when Jesus Christ arrived on the shore of Jordan River and was baptised. People who gathered there heard the words of God: “This is my beloved Son. My favours rest on him.”

 

Those words are also related to us. We are the beloved sons and daughters of God. During baptism God declares that we are His children. Today's holiday reminds us that we are adopted children of the Creator.

 

The mystery of baptism is connected with the mystery of death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; this moment of baptism is also the beginning of our way to heaven. For us it is a privilege, and a challenge.

 

We were chosen by God. As His children, we all have royal dignity. We now belong to the royal family because our King is Jesus Christ. His Kingdom is different from the kingdoms we know from our world. God is the King, so we, as the children of God, also posses the King’s dignity. Every day we are closer to his Kingdom in Heaven.

 

There is also another value of our baptism. Just like in the Old Testament there were prophets who proclaimed the word of God, we should also act as His witnesses. Everyone who was baptized has the power and mandate to spread the word of God, especially in daily life. This is our task, and we should proclaim God’s word in the modern world. 

 

And last, but not least, baptism is also a universal priesthood. It could sound strange, because as we know priesthood is reserved for priests, but in fact as Christians we all have opportunity to offer our services in Church. As Christians, we have the dignity of universal priesthood. God calls us to offer our services through charity and love. Our sacrifice is a part of worship of God. Our love, charity and testimony are gifts, which we offer to God, and thus fulfil our universal priesthood. 

 

May God bless us all through our Baptism.     

 

 

 

(Mt 3, 13-17) 
Jezus przyszedł z Galilei nad Jordan do Jana, żeby przyjąć od niego chrzest. Lecz Jan powstrzymywał Go, mówiąc: "To ja potrzebuję chrztu od Ciebie, a Ty przychodzisz do mnie?" Jezus mu odpowiedział: "Ustąp teraz, bo tak godzi się nam wypełnić wszystko, co sprawiedliwe". Wtedy Mu ustąpił. A gdy Jezus został ochrzczony, natychmiast wyszedł z wody. A oto otworzyły się nad Nim niebiosa i ujrzał ducha Bożego zstępującego jak gołębica i przychodzącego nad Niego. A oto głos z nieba mówił: "Ten jest mój Syn umiłowany, w którym mam upodobanie".

   Dziś ostatni dzień Świąt Bożego Narodzenia. Ponadto obchodzimy bardzo ważny dzień – dzień, w którym Jezus Chrystus przybył nad brzeg Jordanu i przyjął chrzest. Zgromadzeni tam ludzie usłyszeli słowa Boga: „Ten jest mój Syn umiłowany, w którym mam upodobanie".

 

Te słowa dotyczą również nas. Jesteśmy umiłowanymi synami i córkami Boga. Podczas chrztu Bóg oświadcza, że ​​jesteśmy Jego dziećmi. Dzisiejsze święto przypomina nam, że jesteśmy przybranymi dziećmi Stwórcy.

 

Tajemnica chrztu jest związana z tajemnicą śmierci i zmartwychwstania Jezusa Chrystusa; Ten moment chrztu jest jednocześnie początkiem naszej drogi do nieba. Dla nas to przywilej i wyzwanie.

 

Zostaliśmy wybrani przez Boga. Jako Jego dzieci wszyscy mamy królewską godność. Należymy teraz do rodziny królewskiej, ponieważ naszym Królem jest Jezus Chrystus. Jego Królestwo różni się od królestw, które znamy z naszego świata. Bóg jest Królem, więc i my, jako dzieci Boże, posiadamy godność Króla. Każdego dnia jesteśmy bliżej Jego Królestwa w Niebie.

 

Jest jeszcze jedna wartość naszego chrztu. Tak jak w Starym Testamencie byli prorocy, którzy głosili słowo Boże, tak i my powinniśmy być Jego świadkami. Każdy, kto został ochrzczony, ma moc i upoważnienie do głoszenia słowa Bożego, zwłaszcza w życiu codziennym. To jest nasze zadanie i powinniśmy głosić słowo Boże we współczesnym świecie.

 

Co nie mniej ważne, chrzest jest także powszechnym kapłaństwem. Może to zabrzmieć dziwnie, bo jak wiemy kapłaństwo jest zarezerwowane dla księży, ale tak naprawdę jako chrześcijanie wszyscy mamy możliwość ofiarowania naszej posługi w Kościele. Jako chrześcijanie mamy godność powszechnego kapłaństwa. Bóg wzywa nas do ofiarowania naszego czasu poprzez miłość i miłosierdzie. Nasza ofiara jest częścią wielbienia Boga. Nasza miłość, miłosierdzie i świadectwo są darami, które składamy Bogu, wypełniając w ten sposób nasze powszechne kapłaństwo.

 

Niech Bóg błogosławi nam wszystkim przez tajemnicę naszego chrztu.
